Allen House, a beautiful 1908 Edwardian building in Kensington, originally housed 24 mansion flats. A complete restoration revived its splendour, creating 47 luxurious apartments and two penthouses with stunning London skyline views. The project took just over a year to complete and was for the client, Topland Investment Group, working with Residence One, O&D London, and Knight Frank.

The primary logomark is a combination of a motif and text that represents the historical nature of Allen House. The illustrative forms reference the iconic front doors of the Edwardian building.
